Michael Fraser, FACHE(R) received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University.  He has extensive senior executive experience in for-profit, non-profit and public hospitals.  His career as a successful hospital CEO spans twenty-three years. 

Michael's accomplishments include developing a regional cancer center; developing primary care, specialty and multi-specialty medical groups; and designing and implementing successful physician recruitment programs.  He has also been involved in the development of master site and strategic plans, and the construction and renovation of hospital and medical office space.  Michael has served as a Board member with a variety of healthcare and community organizations in both Oregon and Washington.
