Fraser Consulting’s sole focus is the effective operation of hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. To that end, we provide interim executive management and consulting services in various areas of health care.
OUR APPROACH
One size does not fit all. In order for an organization or group to execute its strategies effectively, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of both its formal and informal culture. When there is alignment between the culture and strategy the likelihood of success of any project greatly increases.
Conversely, the execution of a strategic action that is out of context of the culture is fraught with organizational resistance and will not produce the desired long-term results. Fraser Consulting recognizes that each health care organization has its own unique culture and tailors its approach accordingly.
